This update addresses several installation problems reported by users.
It's now much easier to install, as everything needed for coding and
compiling is included in one archive. The default installation takes
care of all the paths and commands for building 68K and Firebee
binaries. Bugs have been fixed in nearly all the components. See the
included documentation for details.

update individual components, download, unpack, and copy them from the
archive. The older individual editor, compiler, and hyp zip archives are
gone, in favor of this all in one arrangement.
